The upcoming ONA70 elections are an opportunity for members to play an active role in shaping the future of our Local. We encourage every member to learn more about the nomination and election process and consider whether there is a position they would like to put their name forward for.
There are a variety of union roles available, each offering members an opportunity to contribute skills, experience, and perspectives. Whether you are interested in advocacy, health and safety, negotiations, or supporting members in another capacity, you can make a difference.
You do not need to be a union expert to get involved.
We also encourage all members to participate in the election by learning about the candidates, understanding the positions they are running for, and casting your vote. An engaged membership is what makes our ONA70 strong.
We encourage you to take the next step: learn about the positions, consider putting your name forward, and make sure you participate in the upcoming election.
